Pastor Dr. Derwin Hickman is a native of Richmond, VA, the Owner and CEO of Clearr Vission Support Services, Inc. (a Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability provider), and a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University. He feels it’s easy to say “I Love God '' but genuine love reflects God’s love. Pastor Hickman affirms, “If we belong to God, then we will love each other regardless of how hard love is.” Co-Pastor Franswalla Hickman’s life journey resonates from the state of North Carolina; however, Virginia is her home. She is the Vice President of Operation/Human Resources Director for Clearr Vission Support Services Inc. as well as a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Mass Communications. Co-Pastor believes in “Perfect Love” which she expresses is, “God’s love towards us and when we love one another, that is God’s love dwelling in us.” Pastor and Co-pastor Hickman have been married since June of 1997 and together have been blessed with three awesome children, Derwin Jr., Dymon, Immanuel and one amazing grandson, Immanuel Jr. Together, Pastor and Co-Pastor Hickman embody the heart of God as they serve together in ministry to share God’s message to the local community and the nations, changing one heart at a time.

Derwin and Shelly have been married since June of 1997 and have been blessed with three awesome children, Derwin Jr., Dymon and Immanuel. He grew up in Richmond and is the Owner and CEO of Clearr Vission Support Services Inc. (a Behavorial Health and Developmental Disability provider). Derwin graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2002 with a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies and received his Master of Divinity from Virginia Union University in 2007. He feels it’s easy to say “I Love God” but genuine love reflects God’s love. If we belong to God, then we will love each other regardless of how hard love is. Shelly’s life journey resonates from the state of North Carolina. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1997 with a Bachelors in Mass Communications.
